That might be true, but we’re talking about my first amendment rights here. If it’s my right to post anything I want on the internet, I don’t see why the size of the forum should matter. Rather than asking the government to police this site and waste resources, they could set up a website where I could report first amendment violations when I get a timeout for insulting honored guests.

Pretty sure the Texas law covers political viewpoints, not ad hominem.

BTW - Musk has until Friday at 5pm to close the deal, otherwise it goes back to the Chancery. I doubt they’ll be happy if he (again) fails to live up to his word.
