Typo on the date? Unless Trump resigns post-election, he being President this coming January 1 is pretty much a certainty.

Given Trump’s potential legal problems, I’m not discounting a post-election resignation. He’s going to need time to pack up and move to Trump Tower Moscow or Dubai.
