Who shot Ashli Babbitt?

I doubt that CNN will show these videos:

Jacob Chansley is held without bail on multiple felony charges after police let him into the building?

Recognize that abuses by the DOJ, FBI, and the Capitol Police are the real threats to the Constitution.

Had they already passed over other barriers? Been ordered to disperse?

Is this the capitol insurrection or Summer of Love?

The police were letting them in. That is clear in the videos.

The federal government is sitting on more than 10000 hours of surveillance video. Why are they keeping it secret even from defense attorneys?

The DOJ/FBI used the pretext of the mythical fire-extinguisher attack to convince the judges to hold many without bail. The lack of blunt-force injury should have been obvious with even a quick look at Officer Sicknick’s body but it took months for authorities to admit that he died of natural causes, a stroke. Democrats even used the false narrative at the shame impeachment.

What kind of gulags should the US have? The feds are going way beyond even what Putin is doing to political opponents; this is starting to look more like Soviet-style oppression.

How many were held without bail and were subject to pre-dawn raids by FBI SWAT teams for anti-Kavanaugh protests that included occupying the Senate office building and interrupting Senate hearings? How many were charged with multiple felonies in those protests?

What reason?

All you guys up in arms about secret service investigating counterfeit crimes and internet crimes that have nothing to do with threats on those whom they secure.

What is your point? 300 protestors were arrested in the Senate office building protest. They broke the law. And now the Capitol protestors are being arrested. Because they broke the law. Don’t you think that if you break the law you should not be surprised if you get arrested?

What?

There is a lot of overlap with federal agencies. Capitol police are just the latest boogiemen

Can you provide list of the Kavanaugh protestors who were held without bail and/or charged with felonies?

How many of Kavanaugh protestors were shot dead by police?

Typically the DOJ has allowed leftists post token bail or leave without any bail requirement. Then the DOJ quietly drops charges or allow the bail to count as a small fine.

There are reports that leftist groups even paid the bail and fines:

No because this thread is not about the Kavanaugh protests.
And I believe that if any of those protestors broke the law they should have been arrested and convicted if guilty.
Don’t you agree that any of the Jan. 6th protestors that broke the law should be arrested and convicted if guilty?

They are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Even Democratic Senators have questioned the federal government holding people who are presumed innocent without bail in abusive conditions:

The extremely mild treatment of Kavanaugh protestors relative to the incredibly harsh treatment of the protestors from January 6 is relevant since shows selective prosecution. Selective prosecution has been a favorite criticism of Putin’s Russia.

Putin himself has pointed to the blatant hypocrisy of criticism from the US on human rights issues:

“Did you order the assassination of the woman who walked into the Congress and who was shot and killed by a policeman? Do you know that 450 individuals were arrested after entering the Congress? And they didn’t go there to steal a laptop. They came with political demands. 450 people,” said Putin.

“They’re facing — they’re looking— they’re— they’re looking at jail time, between 15 and 25 years. And they came to the Congress with political demands,” Putin continued.

“Isn’t that persecution for political opinions?”

Somewhere someone no doubt posted into the internet that if those rioters in Portland break a window, they should be shot on the spot without a trial.
There are always those who think that is appropriate for their political enemies.
