You’re also going to shoot at them (if you shoot at them) from behind some cover if at all possible. You’re likely not going to approach them out in the open to begin firing.

Which made it a bad shoot. Posting a story about the family of the victim of a bad shoot getting paid damages for the wrongful death of the victim is a strange way to try to excuse another bad shoot.

OJ was also acquitted. And I don’t operate under the illusion that government findings are infallible, especially in politically tainted incidents.
