You don’t. But Ashli’s family be lives they are owed an explanation. It doesn’t fit the deadly force guidelines.

I’m asking YOU guys who are so broken up by the fact an unarmed person got shout by overzealous cops to show your history of consistency on this subject.

I’m looking to see that you praised Minneapolis for standing down during the summer riots, and didn’t, for example, call for a federal crackdown where lives were likely going to be lost.

I’m sure…since many of you pride yourself on consistency of belief…you’ll be able to find such posts…no problem.

The family needs to know.

Why.

Why do they need to know?

Why does the information need to be public?

Thirst for vengeance. I believe a fair number of those calling for the release of the name would not be shedding any tears, perhaps even cracking a grin, if the shooter was retaliated against.

I’m just keeping it real.

Yet it never mattered before.

As I’ve said before, I am a bit conflicted on the release of the name. Eventually, it should be released.

But I do have concerns considering the large population of radicals that have already shown a propensity towards violence and criminal action.

Isn’t repeatedly striking the glass in the doors a violent act?

Yes and no. If someone was hiding in fear and the perp was breaking the glass to enter…yes. If you’re breaking the glass with no intent of bodily harm but to be able to continue on…maybe yes and maybe no. These perps were unarmed, indicating their sole purpose was to continue on concluding it wasn’t violence.

If I apply Ashli’s history, to predict what her intent was that day, it was to raise a ruckus to important people, that she believed the election was fraudulent. Everything I’ve seen about her says she a high spirited patriot that was full of spunk. I NEVER heard anything evil about her to indicate she meant bodily harm to anyone.

Unfortunately, you are judged by the company you keep. She was among a horde of rioters who did resort to violence and even attacked Capitol police. She was standing next to propel that were busy trying to break windows.

You don’t expect a policeman to discern the motivations of the individual trying to break in from the mob that she was in front of, do you?

It definitely was the guy that was outed in the right wing press.

And that is indeed the picture they are painting.

Careless…left his gun in the sink of a public bathroom once.

One of the RW articles outright lied to reinforce careless with reckless…showed pictures of him holding his gun in Congressional chambers. The captions stated he had his finger in the trigger instead of pointed outward kind of wrapped on the trigger guard (the picture clearly shows this is false…his finger wasn’t on the trigger) and that he was carelessly pointing it at fellow officers (he wasn’t). That was gaslighting of a new kind…post photographic evidence then tell you what you were seeing in those pictures wasn’t real.

And then the two final pieces of the puzzle…

So yeah…l’m sure it’s all good if his name is widely released.
