I called my County Election Office a few weeks ago just to ask some general questions. Depending on the document I usually sign “First Name MI Last Name” or “First Name Middle Name Last Name” depending the the day.

So I called in advance to verify what signature I used many years ago and then put a sticky on my voter registration card so that when I complete my mail ballot it will match.

It will be for people who turn in their ballots late.

If the Biden ground game isn’t seriously pushing people to get their ballots in ASAP, they’re ■■■■■■■ this up royally.

I’m pissed that PA told me a week ago my ballot was ready to be mailed to me, but according to the tracking website still hasn’t been.

If they feel the right to vote is being infringed, they can pretty much override any State law or regulation as necessary to secure the right to vote.

Wow. We don’t need state legislators. Federal judges can do it all!

I don’t agree. no place in the federal constitution is that power gvranted. If the law infringes on a constitutional right, thenv strike it down as unconstitutional.

Who are “they”, the USPS, local election board, whatever repository the mail in ballots are destined to?

I know here in Utah its the election board. If postmarked after the law allows, they are put into the ineligable stack. Utah law allows a few days after election for ballots to come in.

They should go by the post marks everywhere. If mailed after election day then too bad.

They do. Ballots have to be possession of the USPS by election day. Ballots postmarked after election day are not valid.
