You do not figuratively lose your voice if you don’t have Twitter. I don’t care what an irrational teen thinks.
I can’t believe you are siding with a teenagers thoughts on social media
I don’t have the same voice as AOC. She has a million followers. She has more reach. “It’s not fair”
Of course not. This argument isn’t helping you. Walmart is a private company and they aren’t required to allow all speech.
No policy sets the requirements and direction… management executes the policy.

The access (service) to the platform. Service is a product.

Why both? Which one does the media quote her on?
Let’s cut her off Twitter and see if she squeals. I wouldn’t be surprised if she actually used “unperson” although it is a bit before her time. The dogma lives deep within her.

You called public accommodation fascism.
And because that fascism exists then the further fascism of forcing private platforms to host content that they do not want to host folks out of that.
It literally makes no sense.

They can do what they want…as long as they’re not getting a single penny from government whether it’s tax credits, subsidies or federal contracts.
And they have to pay for any and all right aways.

18 year-old vote.
You have a million reads here, how many does she have? Choices.
That is my argument.
Whew! That’s a relief.

Keep in mind, they’re using public right aways, airwaves elect to transfer their materials.
That’s the same argument libs used on that bakery.

The service or access to Twitter is free. Anyone can sign up as long as they meet the criteria for entry.
If you don’t meet the criteria for entry, then you are denied entry.
There are apps that I can both sign up for, like clubhouse, because I don’t meet the right criteria. Should they be forced to allow me into their app, for free?

If Twitter wants to cut her off I won’t argue how it is fascism they did it.
Their playground their rules.
She will easily find an audience in other ways because she knows where her audience and how to reach them.
I mean… how the hell did any politician talk to anyone before like 2008?

It is and I did.
Yes. All fascism must be fought at the root.
The best way to get a bad law repealed is to enforce it strictly.

I’m going after culture generators ala Gramsci

Right, so open to the public. A public accommodation.
What’s the criteria for signing up?

Why would Twitter pay for a right of way?
What subsidies do they receive?
Tax credits?

Yes.
Walmart uses public freeways to deliver products to stores… therefore, they should not be allowed to restrict what speech they want in their stores? Is that your argument?

Why would I pay for a business license or a permit to bear arms?
Yes, is Twitter violating public accommodation laws by banning Trump? If so what is the text they are violating?

It’s been the left’s argument for many things, religion for example.
