It was true. It’s certainly not now.
We don’t have to worry about rape ever again. Didn’t you hear? Governor Abbott has the solution to rape. Just take rapists off the street, problem solved.
No it wasn’t. Not even close to being true. Actually it does not matter whether it was. But it’s very similar to “all” as in all males are rape culture. When arguments are reduced to absolutes, people start drawing conclusions.

It was and you know it, stop pretending.
Unemployment at all time lows including minorities.
Tax cuts.
No more wars.
Border getting better.
Decoupling China
America First!
Oh but the mean tweets!

Right. It wasn’t but like i said it’s always fun talking in absolutes.
That exclamation point of yours proved my point oh so well.
2014-2016 were just as good, your conclusive conclusions notwithstanding.

Of course they represent their states… that’s why they are elected by the people of their states and not the whole nation.
The state legislatures are elected by the state citizens and therefore without the 17th they should be selecting senators based on the desire of the citizens and not based on a desire to keep the state government more powerful (unless, of course, those who elected them want that). The 17th just took out the middleman. Is there some rule in the state legislature that they are supposed to keep power from the feds even if they are elected by citizens who want the opposite? The state legislatures would only elect states-rights senators if the state legislatures are also pro-states-rights and elected by pro-states-rights citizens.
Yep. At best/worst, when a proglib is caught red-handed in some obviously indefensible act, there will be other proglibs who will declare “oh… I disagree with what they did” but they will continue to vote for those who enable such indefensible acts.

That’s not really a change or related to policy, but the idea is to encourage children to be more accepting of people who are different then them, to encourage self expression, and to teach kids that they aren’t restricted to the gender roles society places on them.
That is the parents job, Not the local and federal government or you.

Sometimes parents fall short. You can always try to change it in your community or opt for home schooling. I don’t see where the federal government is even applicable in this discussion.

At war
Higher taxes
More unemployed
What if the parents are absent from their lives as many children are?
Should not there be a safety net for them via the government?
Allan
Anyone who holds that opinion.
Same war as in through 2020
Higher taxes - for some not all.
More unemployed - and yet at “full employment” and the number dropping.
The only way we never had it better is if 2017 was year zero and for many of the positions to be true that has to be the case

Exposing is a good word to use to describe this absolutely, despicable, sexual encounter with a perverted mindset and if you are in favor, that’s despicable.

American first policies generally sucked.

I am not the only one who thinks that way
Can we find a foreign policy of responsible global engagement that most Americans support, that draws the right lessons from our past mistakes, that steers between the equally dangerous shoals of confrontation and abdication, and that understands the...
