Who Dis? Too far left to keep power?

#1

Article about moderate dems worried kooky Cortez is too far left to keep dems in power, and Cortez laughing at those I’m sure she thinks of as old irrelevant white guys.

  • 76-year-old former Democratic VP nominee Joe Lieberman says the party will lose voters in the long term if her ideas become its bread and butter

I certainly hope she’s not the future and I don’t believe she is,’ Lieberman said in a Fox Business Network interview. He retired in 2013 after serving 24 years in the U.S. Senate.

  • Ocasio-Cortez fired back on Twitter: 'New party, who dis?'

Hey, Joe’s you guys did it to yourselves. It’s the demographics of your party. You changed them on purpose.

LOL. No one gives a ■■■■ about Joe Lieberman, or what he has to say about the Democratic party. As someone said, it’s like the CEO of Blockbuster saying Netflix has no future.

#3

No one cares what dinasour Joe Lieberman says or think, but I love how this young lady is scaring the ■■■■ out of most trump supporters on a daily basis.

#4

Yeah… Joe Lieberman sucks.

He killed the public option in the ACA.

No one in the Democratic Party listens to him.

#5

Hey, anyone got a line on what David Broder thinks of AOC? His take may be more relevant than Lieberman’s.

#6

What does AOL think of AOC?

#7

Hmmm I wonder what hootie and the blowfish think of AOC

#8

But Biden’s may be your next pres candidate.

And I still can’t believe “liberals” wanted to force people to buy crappy products from giant corporations.

Or Roberts invented the “not sales” tax. People don’t realize how dangerous that is…

No liberty in modern liberalism…

#9

True story… in 2000, Blockbuster had the chance to buy Netflix for 50 Million.

#10

Is this about Lieberman or Biden?

You have complete agreement with me that the ACA is crappy law.

The program would have been less crappy with a public option… but that is another conversation all together.

#11

Why ask that, and not just tell us… Share your secret.

Facebook is becoming the new AOL… a relic…

#12

Also: When you’re relying on Joe Lieberman as part of your trite, obligatory Dems-In-Disarray! storyline, that tells me something. LOL.

#13

Such, resentment of the old white guys, lol. Seems like prejudice to me.

They are worried because the seats the dems picked up, ran in the center, not as cuban socialists…lol!

#14

Analogies: How Do they Work?

#15

Didn’t he go “independant”?

#16

Dems compartmentalizing Biden out…

#17

Joe Lieberman is a corporatist. Of course he hopes AOC is not the future of the Democratic party. It would give the people an option against corporate America’s control of Washington.

Say what you will about AOC, but she doesn’t shape her stances on the whims of Wall Street.

#18

And instead Blockbuster invested in OLD TECHNOLOGY.

Seems relevant these days, no?

#19

Remember that time he gave a speech at the GOP convention and endorsed McCain for President?

Yeah… Democrats should listen to that guy about the future of the party.

#20

We are way to far away from the next Presdiential election to be talking about nominees.
