When ANYONE is taken into custody inside the US, it is NEVER classified that they have taken into custody. Evidence of their crimes can certainly be classified, but public trials are guaranteed under the 6th amendment. Only banana republics disappear suspects…

If a terror suspect is apprehended at the border, they will likely be quietly deported or extradited. It is absurd to believe they would be tried in public here in the U.S. for terrorist activities committed on the battlefield in some foreign country. They are enemy combatants, having no rights in this country.
