Lets get something straight right now.
This was not “stand your ground.”
Not by a long ■■■■■■■ shot.
This was a cold, callous and pre-meditated first degree murder.
She basically baited her neighbor to walk into an ambush.
The black woman knocked on the door. There was absolutely zero effort by the black woman to breach the door.
There was absolutely zero grounds to uphold a stand your ground defense.
Thankfully, she has been taken into custody and will shortly be formally arrested.
As there is a long history of racial animus between the parties and given the white woman’s many racial slurs over the months, this should be charged as a death penalty case. She should be convicted, sentenced to death and executed for this crime.
This is a classic first degree murder. She threw the skates at the kid, knowing it would cause the mother to come to her door, basically into an ambush.
