So I was listening to Sean (and Rush) yesterday and they were both claiming (falsely) that the whistleblower law had been changed. This is not true. Second hand knowledge is and always has been included. In fact the vast majority of these cases ARE from second hand knowledge that is then investigated. I wonder if either Sean or Rush will retract their statements…I am betting not.
So what was changed on the Disclosure form that was revised August 2019?
