Rolling over. Lol

You are telling one side of the story and ignoring the other.

No- I’m not.

You just are repeating yourself.

Tell me…do you think Samantha Bee is a leftist extremist?

I bet you do.

But last night when talking about the Epstein mess, Bee spent more time and had more vitriol for Bill Clinton’s connection to Epstein, even mentioning his 26 trips on his plane, than she did with Trump’s connections.

And when I did a “Clinton Epstein” search, I found several articles from “far left sources” like Vox and the NY Times and CNBC, detailing Clinton’s connections to Epstein.

And just over the past couple of days, I had to search far and wide before I found a disturbing undertone to the “great economy” of Trump’s…a few articles detailing the 40% rise in “Involuntary Part Time Workers” since Trump took office. The mainstream media is stating the good economic numbers- maybe not drooling over them like you would like them to, but stating them nonetheless.

(In case you didn’t know, “involuntary part-time workers” are those workers who have part time jobs not because they want to but because they cannot find full-time employment. There are a record number of them in the US right now. If there are “more jobs than people”, how is it that this number is rising?)

You equate the press’ negative coverage with Trump as showing they are “far left”.

They are not. Trump gets negative coverage because he does a lot of negative things.

They might not be right wing, but the “mainstream media” is NOT “far left” either.

Yes you are Jay. You really are. How many times do you think you can call somebody a Nazi or a racist before they get tired of it?

Bull ■■■■■

Who was advancing conservative causes/principles before Conservative talk radio? Or FOX?

You had to read about it in books or editorial section in news papers. NYT had 4 main editorials writers any given day…3 of the 4 were lib. They had one token conservative.

This was between 1977 to 1997.

There was no TV spouting conservative news except on Sundays when they had token con on.

In my experience only one thing precipitates inner change: suffering.

I wish I could say I change in earnest, rigorous pursuit of the highest…but suffering is what propels me.

Maybe suffering can do the same for an entire nation…?

That’s hours of political opposition ridiculing Donald.

Did you (collective) on the right go after the poor man so fiercely in the 2016 GOP primary that he was compelled to counterpunch Lyin Ted, lil Marco, low-energy Jeb, and the physical appearance of female candidates and candidates’ wives?

Yes, they did.

Then it would appear poor Donald has been treated very very mean and very very unfair by all of US (collective).

No wonder he lashes out like a child. Who wouldn’t?

Ahhh…the good old days

If you think that CNBC is “far left,” your political compass is screwed up.

Backat the Hen Gaggle.

Maybe if we would all write him a very nice letter he would stop counterpunching. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

It is left.

Or you could just stop punching. Can you imagine what he would if it got quiet?

Just CBS.

I haven’t called anyone a Nazi or a racist except Nazis and racists.

Talk radio and the CEC didn’t arise because conservatives were tired of being picked on and called names.

That makes them neither left nor “far left”.

Rush Limbaugh actually got started with talk radio in 1984 after he left his Royals’ job, although he didn’t go national until 1987.

You know why conservative media (or liberal media) didn’t take off on the airwaves until then?

Because of the Fairness Doctrine (which funnily enough many right wingers want to bring back on the Internet).

But the Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, National Review, Weekly Standard, the Spectator…they were all around and popular. And they were pervasive because people…you know…actually read the papers for their news back then. Local papers were also a mix of liberal leaning and conservative leaning…conservative views were out there for people to consume.

Rush Limbaugh came along at the right time…not because conservatives were getting picked on. For God’s sake, the 1980s was a dream decade for conservatism!

No…attack CEC radio was born when conservatism was in its heyday…not because libs were picking on conservatives.
