The US is a country made up of nations. 13 or more nations.

ADOS is a nation. It has a very unique set of all the characteristics that comprise a nation. Distinct from those of African immigrants in most cases. I will concede that groups such as Somali immigrants display many of the same behaviors.

And like all nations, it has a ledger. A balance sheet of plus or minus to the country as a whole.
