I don’t know where you are getting this opinion, but you could not be more wrong. The NRA was barely involved in legal issues involving private gun ownership until the mid seventies a full ten years after the gun control advocates began to exert their will.

It would be like claiming that a property owner not allowing guns on their property violates my 2nd amendment rights.

Are cops disproportionately looking for minorities carrying an unlicensed weapon?

What if by sheer numbers, blacks were arrested more than whites for that offense? Would that be racist? Even if more blacks were committing the offense?
