What's happening in Germany should tell you how far the climate activists are willing to go

So Germany is freezing they abandoned their coal and plans to shut off nuclear reactors relying on solar and those things that kill a million birds a year. It’s not even the start of winter over there and the government rule is 19 celsius for office workers which comes out to 66.2 fahrenheit, needless to say workers are complaining of freezing and not being able to be productive.

So they are willing to freeze people out in order to reduce carbon, which is futile since China is frying the globe, but here we are coming to a theater near you if they get their way.

The sad part is we are in an Ice Age. The earth is usually much hotter, and has been much colder both with no industry on the planet. The left thinks they are “saving the planet”. A goal that has no definition except making people energy poor.

The dems will not learn from this because it’s their religion. So, their faith is deep. It even comes with a flood disaster if we are not “good”.

Fake news, right?

How far does that record go back? The 7th warmest years since when?

I don’t know about you, but I’ll take global warming as a climate change over global cooling any day.

On record……

What happens on a graph if your “record” starts at the lowest point on the graph?

One of the new measures stipulates that offices in public buildings are allowed to be heated to a maximum room temperature of just 19 Celsius, though exceptions have been made for hospitals and nursing homes, schools and day care centers and facilities for disabled people. The maximum temperature also does not apply to places of work with employees whose health could be compromised by the lack of warmth. However, everyone else will have to start bundling up, because German offices will no longer be heated above those 19 degrees.

The last thing they need to be wasting precious gas on is heating a bank lobby. There’s an energy crisis–bank online from a heated home, or put on a coat.

Bank tellers have to be there, which sucks for them, but other office workers should be able to work from home too. Office spaces are rightfully last on the priorty list.

Inevitable in a democracy. It’s easy to say that nuclear plants should stay open as a hypothetical, but the taxpayer isn’t so willing to cut the 10 digit checks that cover their maintenance costs.

I’m still wondering where you got your “we’re in an ice age” info. Because if that’s the case we should be reporting some coldest years since records have been kept.

It ended in the 1890s…… conveniently when “on record” started recording.

Tell me. What would a daily temperature chart look like if I started taking temps at 6am and discounted everything before that. By noon would I be justified in crying about the coming apocalypse?

P.S. when they say “on record”, that means all they are looking at is the tiny red arrow at the far right of the graph.

The Green Party runs things in Germany. They used to lead anti-war demonstrations.

Now the Green Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock, says that they will continue the self-imposed embargo on Russian gas and oil no matter what voters think.

At the same time, Germany is ripping down wind turbines as dirty coal replaces clean natural gas.

Germany is shooting itself in the foot, reloading, and shooting the other foot.

Forecasts are pointing towards a cold winter in Europe and eastern North America.

See video starting at 6:45 for the December forecast for Europe.

We are not in a ■■■■■■■ ice age.

140 years ago we were dang close, and geologically and thermologically we are barely out of it.

We have actually been in an Ice Age for approximately 34 million years. We are currently in an interglacial period.

When the current Ice Age ends quite a few million years from now, then we will truly know greenhouse heat.

Taxpayers aren’t covering the cost, electrical consumers are.

She must be a Trumpster?

The useful idiots think they are saving the planet. Their controllers know they are culling the population to numbers the rich elite and technocrats feel they can effectively manage.
