The law failed.

Interesting. Please go on.

What are they punished for in both cases?

Father of the Century Award definitely goes to Gary Plauché.

Like a boss.

EPA Violations…Improper disposal of a body?

The state failing.

Why did they need a friend?

Is it that hard to kill someone close.

Allan

In that, it doesn’t matter if I thought they would be successful, all that mattered was if they thought they would be successful.

How can you “Convict” these young men of that?

By convicting them of what they had to do because the stare failed.

He was family, I understand that. But one of the boys was a friend.

Allan

They never gave the state a chance to fail.

So? I am closer to some of my friends than I am my family members. That little girl was violated. Her brothers were distraught. No one wants to see their friends go through that. Very often the family members of a molested child go through more trauma than the victim because of the guilt they feel for letting it happen or not being aware of it.

For me, the boys get a pass.

The friend does not.

But that’s just me.

I understand passion not premeditation.

Allan

I guess it depends on how the law defines premeditation.

How much time is required between knowledge of and action for it to be considered “Premeditation”

You are ignoring the 9 year-old girl. The victim.

You are also ignoring history and the law.
