  1. The only mail ballots should be from people who personally request an absentee ballot from their county. It should be the voter, not the county, who generates the receipt of a mail ballot.
  2. Get rid of the current electronic voting machines and go back to the older ones that had buttons and then this handle you pulled like you were playing the slots in Vegas.
  3. Voter ID. Why is this a problem for people? You need an ID to get into a lot of work facilities, to travel, to drive a car. Allow the ID to be a driver’s license, passport, whatever. This should not be a problem.
  4. No ballot harvesting. Ballot carriers should be limited to 2 delivered ballots including their own.

California issued universal mail-in ballots for the 2020 November election. After Election Day, not that many Republicans complained about California’s universal mail-in ballots since Republicans gained three House seats from that state.
