There’s a good argument to made. The court was set at 9 justices when there were 9 court circuits. Now there are 13.

Just stop. First it’s a “non-issue” and now it’s…did he say he would? He was asked to deny it and he wouldn’t…there by implying that this is his intent.
No, the question is if he will pack the court, not whom his nominees will be.
If he plans on doing so, he needs to say it and make it an issue.
Otherwise, he has lost all moral backing for doing so when elected, since he did not make it an issue.
