Brazil is one of the best movies ever. Only Birdman is sort of in the same tradition.

That’s a fantastic observation that I hadn’t even considered.

The “hero” dies? Amadeus. Mozart dies. Salieri lives. Yet, we don’t know who is the hero. By the way, Ed Sheeran references Amadeus in the recent romcom, Yesterday.

Denzel Washington in “Man on Fire.”
Steven Waddington (Duncan) in “Last of the Mohicans” (he wasn’t the hero, but it was a powerful moment.)
