Second the First Amendment speech of neither Obese Donald nor whack job Rudy Giuliani would be stifled or abridged by either Networks refusing to book whacky Rudy or Twitter suspending Obese Donald’s twitter account as is indicated in your separate links is being asked by Biden’s Campaign and by Senator Kamala Harris.

Odd thing about those requests, they are exercises of those folks free speech as well.

Obese Donald and whacky Rudy could still say anything they wanted, no one would be silencing them, they both could still petition government for a redress of their grievances.

No one though is guaranteed a venue, belonging to others, by the First Amendment in which to speak, tweet, vent, rant, or otherwise communicate.

And according to the Article, Biden’s representatives sent the letter to TV networks asking them to not book Giuliani because Hizzoner is telling lies about Biden - in effect, committing slander.

Left unsaid is how culpable the Networks would be in a lawsuit alleging damages for knowingly broadcasting slander about a private citizen.

Then kamala harris tells twitter to suspend trump.

Sen. Harris is a U.S. Senator, however she has so far not threatened any sanctions against Twitter or its Executives and top shareholders.

Trump should have been banned from Twitter years ago for violating TOS and because an American company like Twitter should realize it’s in their best interest to stop the president from conducting foreign and trade policy via microblogs.
