If you don’t solve the Palestinian problem, you don’t solve anything. There are nearly two million Palestinian souls in Israel, many of whom are not militants. Just like you and me, they want to raise their families in peace.
What do we do about them?

hamas and hezbollah are iranian puppets living off iranian money and they currently control the palestinians (meaning their government… if you can call it that). when i say palestinians, thats who i mean, them, and those who support them

Supreme War Pig’s statement and question are valid, I think.
the palestinian problem is of their own making and they can end it whenever they wish

which would not be hapenning had the palestinians accepted the deal they negotiated long ago.
the property in question was bought by israelis from its rightful owners. the squatters have no right to be there.

I’m confused, Ben Natuf. In one sentence you’re placing all the responsibility on the Palestinians, then, rightfully point out, they are being used by unhelpful and very powerful outside forces. You even have a list of measures that go beyond the Palestinians.
Please clarify.
the problem is hezbollah and hamas, who the palestinians elected to represent them. they had a deal, inked and ready for signing long ago, the palestinians walked away from it and their situation has gotten worse ever since. the longer they hold out, the more they lose in the bargain. the deal would have been better for them then, it will be better today than next year, and better then than in 5.

I’m not going to group all palestinians with hamas and hezollah.

Agree. Their rejection of the offer was a profound mistake. But, as Supreme War Pig pointed out, the Palestinians are a complex community and certainly not all in support of H and H.
The hard work of peace requires an understanding of the complexity of the situation. Complexity is a pain for problem solving. There are no simple solutions to this one.
If it were a simple solution, it would have done years ago. Complex solution is needed. And now.

solve the first, the other will follow. pallestinians living in israel will have a choice. move to palestine or stay in israel as israelis, not as palestinians living in israel.
niether am i. as is obvious by the post you replied to.
You shouldn’t even group Hamas and Hezballah together. Their interests occasionally align but they’re not friends. The former are Sunni Salafists and the latter are Shiite Twelvers.

The problem is that Hamas and Hezbollah will kill palestinians who want to work with Israel. That’s a big problem. People who are working for peace are being threatened and that is one of the big problem.
A two state solution is the only option that allows Israel to remain the Jewish state and not implement overt, or anyway more overt, religious apartheid. That’s it. There’s nothing else.
that problem can be mostly solved vis a vie iran.

And support for that by Israelis is still high. Over 40%. This can be done.
something israel agreed to a long time ago, as soon as the palestinians accept reality there will be peace
