That “study” was from 40 - 50 years ago…
Do you have anything more recent? This one at least is recent… It did not lower the unemployment rate, but did reduce stress. Which, I believe, should be the point of a UBI. So its success depends on the criteria for success.
The article was from 2018. He referenced a study done between 1970-1980. I believe that may have been the most extensive study thus far. The data would still be applicable unless you believe that human nature has changed significantly over the past 40 years. Take it for what it’s worth.
