Oh, you’re sick? Into the no-travel-between-states database you go!

Between states? Get inside your house!

I’m picturing the scene in Last Crusade where Indy tosses the Nazi out of the dirigible window, says “No ticket” to the other passengers and they all scrabble for their tickets and then start waving them in the air.

Hoping I don’t have to show my papers at the Oregon border next time I take a road trip to Washington to hang out with my cousins.

You may just have to prove you’re not sick.

Hopefully nothing more than that.

That’s how they take that first inch.

During H1N1 pandemic CDC stopped reporting cases.

No need. It was a pandemic. Ask Fauci and Birx.

Is that why CDC stopped reporting cases in 2009 and never advised mitigation?

From could be just 10 percent of the total.

Well, if remember an earlier post, you are correct that control is an illusion. The notion that humans are in control, or that they can “conquer” things is an optical delusion. Certainly not disease. Not mountains. Not flight. Not space. Not nature. At best we can have some idea how the rules work. I will abide by the rules the best I can so that Covid does not kill me at work. I could always be run over by a bus. But at least there’s a rule there too that works most of the time.

Some of the time. In some situations.

Or 90%.

Keep the malls open, I need a haircut!

From what reports I have seen it looks like pneumonia is the greater factor.

Doubt it is over 60 percent… strictly my opinion.
