Well Diddy got off on the RICO charge. That was by far the most serious one, since you’re guaranteed to get at minimum 20 years for that. He also beat some of the other charges. But he did eat the conspiracy transport for prostitution charges.

It’s not a surprise really. The trafficking charges were ridiculous from the word go
I am not defending him but that was a terrible choice by the prosecutors. Feds usually try not to overcharge so they can keep their 95 percent success blah blah rate going.
But this time they got greedy.
They got Kelly on them so they figured they could do the same. They didn’t realize the situations were very different.
