I take one liter of tea (1 liter of water with a 1/4 teaspoon of mix) and a 44 oz bottle of soda to have with my lunch. Then after lunch just water.

When I go to work, I pretty much have to take everything I want to eat/drink (except water) during my 8 or 12 hour shifts.
