Is there a list of watched words? I got mod messaged because I was using clinical terms that were requiring approval. It would be helpful in avoiding upsetting mods if we knew what words to not to use. Even better, why not just add them to the filter lists so we don’t have to think about it?

Yes there is a watched word list. Several of the clinical terms you used in that post are on it and require approval every time it is quoted.
There is no need to be clinically graphic on an open message forum.
