Billionaire Leon Cooperman became visibly emotional on national television this week; saying he was tired of Elizabeth Warren calling him a “deadbeat” while adding that wealthy Americans have made the world a “substantially better place.”
“I’m not in favor of all this impeachment inquiry. I want the American people to decide in November 2020 what the future should be,” said Cooperman, becoming visibly emotional.
“I care. I don’t need Elizabeth Warren telling me that I’m a deadbeat. The vilification of billionaires makes no sense to me. The world is a substantially better place because of Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg… This is idiocy. It’s appealing to the lowest common denominator,” he added.
