The building of the pipeline stopped in December 2019 and by 2020 Germany was working on circumventing them and then Biden got elected.

Trump wanted to sell more nat gas to germany instead of letting Russia do it. Seems the swamp didn’t like that…

You conflate tech with cost.

As an engineer, I will tell you that they are two different things. As a former engineering manager, I will tell you that they are two different things as well. In your ‘softer’ education, you may have been taught otherwise. But the fact that they are related in the well known management triangle - tech, cost, schedule - does not mean they are the same thing.

So it may have just been your 'shorthand for you to write ‘tech’ and by it mean all the things that go into producing a product. But in circles larger than the ones you operate in, your choice of words will raise an eyebrow.
