Anecdotal evidence which yet needs to be confirmed suggests that the list of regions subject to total mobilisation may include Buryatiya, Sahalin, Magadan, etc. In other words, it seems to be disproportionately hitting the Far East

The Estonian border is only about two hours from Saint Petersburg. Putting large NATO forces in Estonia would be a good way to start WWIII.

Being the aggressor in a war is grounds for dismissal from NATO.
