WAR in Ukraine, Putin approves initiation of special military operation (Part 1)

The thing about progs is they have ideas they have no idea of how to execute. They suck at praxis.

Russia already shares a border with 3 Nato nations. This is about the resources in Ukraine plain and simple. The rest is justification.

Could be. Like water?

There’s a couple of surprises out of this little dust up that have surprised me so far:

  1. Progs cheering on Fascists.
  2. Progs cheering on an armed populace against a modern military. And thinking the former can win. ā€œWolverine!ā€

You really believe Ukraine’s government is fascist?

Please don’t bring up the Azov Battalion. That is a marriage of convenience.

Neo-Nazis, who yes, played a big role in the Maidan, got less than 2% of the vote in the last election in Ukraine.

As for who wil, win, it is most definitely Russia in the conventional phase if it plays out completely. There’s no question about it.

A marriage none the less.

I want to go on record I never poke fun at you beliefs and opinions. You have been on point ever since the day I read your first post.

There are no good actors in this play.

But to say Ukraine’s government is fascist is silly.

It’s not Western liberal democracy…but neither is it fascist.

The region has a history of it. Yaboi Zelemsky was bankrolled by his boss, a mobster. So patriotism probably isn’t as a big a deal as it’s being made out to be. Protecting the syndicate could be the main motivator.

Yet you’ve made your choice and picked your team.

The damn is gone. Are they leaving?

By the way the war isn’t about resources imo. But anyway

Is it? Have assurances been made?

It’s on Russian state television the video of the explosion of the damn and the water once again flowing to crimea.

Assurances? May be. They are going to talk now

Are the Russians leaving?

ā€œMy teamā€?

My team is the US…my hope is the world getting out of this mess without getting vaporized.

Russia getting bogged down in Ukraine is a good thing for ā€œmy teamā€.

If that doesn’t happen and they win in short order and pacify the country…then it could be a bad thing for ā€œmy teamā€.

With Pukin’ Putin putting his nuclear forces on an elevated alert status this is going to hell fast. Never have seen Putin at this level.

And he just got booted from the Judo Federation.

Who got rid of the dam and when?

Why would they leave before talks?

The Russians when they made it to it

So it’s not about water?
