Given the UNDENIABLE FACT that I have read those things,
they might be true.
I would be happy to see ANY cut for now, or even just no increase in the next Congressional budget. That would be a start.
If they do cut to the bone, and if that actually impairs military capability, I hope there is a plan in place to ramp up manufacturing if an actual war breaks out. We did it in WWII, so I don’t see why we can’t do it again.
