Who do you think he was working with?

Most likely fellow people who believe what he does. .ratchet up the rhetoric till he popped.

We see it here to a .much lesser extent. You also saw it with the Mueller report as well…

I don’t know why I even bother.

Homegrown terrorist?

I know why…

It is sometimes violated, but it is not misunderstood and it is still the law of the land.

And if you don’t like it, change it. The relic of our tumultuous past also contains the means to do that.

I think one of the stupidest phrases I have heard in my lifetime is ā€œGuns dont kill people, people kill peopleā€. Its like saying ā€œGas doesnt propel cars, people propel carsā€ I guess if your Fred Flinstone.

Supposedly there’s a manifesto, so maybe.

I’d like to know if either this killer or the one in Ohio ever took psyche meds. More mass killers than not have been on psyche meds, or on them in the past. These drugs are very dangerous!

Yeah, it must’ve been psyche meds that made this white supremacist terrorist do it.

.

People with mental health issues often take psych meds.

Any person who commits mass murder has mental health issues. That doesn’t mean the meds have anything to do with it.

Expect lots of hand-waving and insistence that white nationalism isn’t a domestic terror threat.

FBI and US law enforcement has only been sounding the alarm about this ā– ā– ā– ā–  for a few decades now.

Alcohol doesn’t cause drunkness, a person has to drink it for that to happen.

Obviously if he put up that manifesto that is being referred to then that guy is a racist ignorant idiot. My concern is rather than just focusing on the guns maybe we should focus on mental health issues as well. Someone else mentioned that anyone who has mental else issues has probably taken psych meds.

The mentally ill and unwell are vulnerable to radlisation, religious political or otherwise. Also prone to conspiracy theories.

But there are plenty of mentally ill individuals in the developed world, and plenty of prescriptions for anti-depressants of all sorts.

Yet the US has the lions share (no-one else comes close) of these events, even when adjusting for population.

I’d imagine we had our lions share of over medicating our children and young adults as well.

Man, Republican Media is really selling this thing this morning. It’s like they have prepared diversions for ever mass slaughter.

Think Iceland has you beat still, and there are plenty of other close contendors in the developed world.

But those countries don’t see these events.

Of course it’s a threat. Maybe they should quit sounding the alarm and do something about it.

They’d need direction from the executive branch to really change tack afaik. Possibly legislative direction as well. From what I recall the secretary of state officially labels foreign groups as terroristic, not sure who handles domestic labeling.

The current FBI head has already stated that domestic terrorism poses a greater threat to the US than international, and that the majority of domestic terrorism is related to white nationalism. So I doubt he’s the roadblock there.
