Where exactly is constitutional carry defined by law?

Colloquially it just means permitless carry.

Hmmmm… I have seen lots of definitions that include open carry… It’s almost like it’s not a term actually applied to statute…

It’s the signage required by law to prevent you from entering while OC’ng.

You can be asked to leave for any reason.

i don’t need any sign to have you prosecuted for trespassing…

The key word there is trespassing … if they refuse to leave when you ask them to leave. You cannot have them arrested for either concealed or open possession of the gun.

The key word there is trespassing … if they refuse to leave when you ask them to leave. You cannot have them arrested for either concealed or open possession of the gun.

Wrong. If it’s legal in the state/city then it’s not illegal on private property.

Open carry doesn’t distinguish between the two that I know of.

The site he linked is of the States that do not require a permit to carry concealed, not about carrying openly. It’s virtually impossible to carry a long gun concealed. Apparently, you know so little about this topic that you don’t even know what you asked for, let alone know when your question has been answered.

No, that’s simply a tress pass matter, they can ask you to leave for any reason.
