And now ‘Walkaway’ founder Brandon Straka is arrested by Biden’s FBI. Is it not self-evident a dangerous and un-American pattern is developing to cancel patriotic conservative speech?

I actually took the time to read the CRIMINAL COMPLAINT and it appears Straka never entered the U.S. Capitol, nor is there evidence of him obstructing any law enforcement officers. Additionally, some of the comments made by Straka, which the FBI agent quotes in the complaint, were not even made during the Capitol event. There is a very good chance Straka was targeted for his political views and encouraging people to walk away from the democrat party.

Whether we want to admit it or not, the truth is, we are living in dangerous times when our federal government’s agencies are used to silence political speech, and also works in concert with a Fifth Column media and communication tech. giants, to silence the speech of American citizens.

I am left with the following questions:

Where, in the video, is the evidence of Straka “impeding a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder”?

What is the evidence of Straka " knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds" . . . keep in mind the “Capitol Grounds” were not closed to the public, and Straka is not reported to have entered the building.

How did Straka “engage in disorderly conduct with intent to disturb a hearing before Congress” when he never entered the building?

I think a 1st year criminal law student could easily get this case kicked out of court and have the FBI Agent reprimanded by the Court for bringing a frivolous case before the Court.

STRAKA continued to push forward with the crowd and appeared to get within several
feet of the entrance to the U.S. Capitol. At around the 3:45 mark of the video, an officer from
the United States Capitol Police holding a protective shield could be seen in the crowd. As individuals pushed past the officer toward the entrance of the U.S. Capitol, the officer held his
shield up in the air. At around the 3:59 mark of the video, STRAKA stated, “Take it away from
him.” STRAKA and others in the crowd then yelled, “Take the shield!” As several people in
the crowd grabbed the officer’s shield, STRAKA yelled, “Take it! Take it!”
The crowd successfully pulled the shield away from the officer as the officer appeared to
be trying to move back toward the entrance of the building. The officer then went back into the
crowd to get his shield back. Several people pulled on the shield as the officer grabbed it, thus
pulling the officer deeper into the crowd. A large group of people then simultaneously pushed
toward the officer as STRAKA and others chanted, “USA!” The officer was able to get his
shield back and then appeared to exit the crowd by going through the entrance to the U.S.
Capitol.

Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is probable cause to believe that
STRAKA violated 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3) and 18 U.S.C. § 2(a), which make it unlawful to obstruct,
impede, or interfere, and/or to aid and abet another person to obstruct, impede, or interfere, with
any fireman or law enforcement officer lawfully engaged in the lawful performance of his official
duties incident to and during the commission of a civil disorder which in any way or degree
obstructs, delays, or adversely affects … the conduct or performance of any federally protected
function. For purposes of Section 231 of Title 18, a federally protected function means any
function, operation, or action carried out, under the laws of the United States …by an officer or
employee thereof. Your affiant knows that the U.S. Capitol Police are federal law enforcement
agents.

And there is nothing in the complaint, or better yet the video, indicating Straka was at arm’s reach of the officer with the shield.

Are we to forget how the Democrat Party Leadership attempted a coup with their phony Russia Collusion crap and tried to impeach the President for this made-up story? Are we to forget how this three year attempted Russia Collusion coup was shown to be the work of rogue FBI agents as reported in Volume V of a Senate Report on Page 955 of the report which reads as follows:

The truth is, wanting a corruption free election, and only legal votes counted, is not advocating for a coup and spewing dangerous conspiracy theories. But hey, when truth does not fit the communist/socialists’ agenda, they simply call the truth a conspiracy theory and make up another lie to go with along with their original and false assertion.

As to Jason Campbell, please note he never provides factual evidence that Mike Lindell advocated for a coup. Jason Campbell, as countless socialists and communists do, who now control the Democrat Party Leadership, simply makes a charge without reference to any evidence whatsoever.
