I actually saw Ron Paul, and briefly greeted him, at a Texas agricultural conference some months ago.
He is NOT at all in good health. He is likely in his last couple of years of life.
So this proposal can’t be serious.
Paul is 89 years old.
That is sad to hear but not surprising. Didn’t he have a stroke on air a couple of years ago ?

While he has never publicly confirmed it, it is pretty certain it was a stroke he suffered while on air.

Well, he’s been highlighting the pork for years so I’m pretty sure he has a darn good idea of what needs cut and where.
They aren’t bringing him out, he volunteered.
