The sanctions on Russia have remained in place the only sanction lifted was for the pipeline. Specifically the election related sanctions have not been lifted.

Burisma is a Ukranian energy company not Russian.

Hunter’s art is not being purchased in exchange for this pipeline. I can’t say with 100 percent certainty that big foot isn’t holding parts of the pipeline together either.

i’m not saying there was enough fraud to make a difference, but supposing there was, do not texas voters have a right and expectation to not have their votes disenfranchised by fraud in other states? i agree with the dissent here, given that in cases of original jurisdiction the states have no other recourse, standing should be assumed; otherwise, there is no due process a state can avail itself of other than secession.

It’s actually almost certain that neither campaign coordinated with the media, because there would be no reason to do so, and significant liability if they did.

More importantly, it’s not a wrong just because you feel it is. There is a statutory press exemption.
