People realized what they actually did… and aren’t happy as a result. Dems just did whatever the ■■■■ they wanted and now it’s biting them in the ass. They didn’t give a damn about republicans or people who opposed what they were doing when they rammed it through. Getting what they deserve now.

That they’re in good standing based on the fallout from the Dems actions. People are realizing how extreme the Dems are when it comes to gun control.

I’d have to look at more recent polling, but I don’t think positions on gun reform have changed that much in Virginia or really played that much of roll in this election. McCaullif was a bad candidate, Biden isn’t popular, and the issues were primarily culturally based.

Why? What does proximity to election day have to do with anything? If anything, people motivated to vote early are more engaged with the process. Let them vote whenever they want. Sure there should be limits, but let people vote when they want. What’s it to you if they vote a month beforehand?

Why not two months…three…he’ll can I vote for next year’s midterm now.

A lot happened in the 6 weeks prior to that election. If I vote in September and there’s new news that the guy I voted for doesn’t believe parents should be involved in my kid’s education in October can I change my vote?

A week or two out for people who need extra time is fine but Election Day is Election Day.

Obviously they do not see their jobs as tracing down these dirty tricks.

The Washington Examiner, a very right leaning media outlet, would want nothing more than to make McCaullife look bad.

OR MAYBE, when they investigated and tried to confirm the identities they couldn’t and reported as such.

Or maybe they don’t have the same resources that a WashPo or NYTs would have,if they cared at all…which they doubtless don’t.

Some of the people in Virginia supported this bill. Maybe this is why the founders were smart enough to realize that the majority running over the minority is not a good thing.

Also encourage and dovetails with people who vote along party lines, why wait to hear all of their positions and fully evaluate them when you know who you are voting for before they even announce their run?
