Actually there weren’t any creditable threats…you have libs claiming possible threats.
Every forum, everyone that has been promoting it has talked about peaceful protest.
■■■■■■■ Northam and his backers are pushing violence in hopes to use that as justification.

You better contact law enforcement and the media then.

Yes…they lie less.
You are claiming to know more and better than the governor, law enforcement, and the media. You should let them know.

I will say almost all groups planning a event are urging to be peaceful.
But the people attending are not all on board…

Well congrats. Maybe you should wait until violence breaks out.
My bet it will be peaceful if they’re left alone.

None of that is true.
One bill - that did include confiscation - does not have the Governors support and already was voted down in committee (SB 16)
Governor never said anything about Deploying the National Guard and no Rep ever said anything about “Locking up half the state”.
But you will of course insist it did happen, you read it on some far right web site, and of course not be able to produce any quote.
It was a democratic rep speaking about the governor, I stand corrected.
The remarks from Rep. A. Donald McEachin (D-Va.) suggesting that Gov. Ralph Northam (D) “may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce the law” comes as dozens of counties across Virginia have declared themselves “Second Amendment sanctuaries” after Democrats took over the state legislature last election.

Let’s review.
Charlottesville was suppose to be a “peaceful rally”. How did that turn out?
And if 50,000 Americans show up to have a peaceful rally as is their right, why do they need to bring guns?

Thanks for the quote
I do remember that. The Gov (and others Dems) shut him down.
Yes, there are idiots in both parties…

Because 2nd Amendment right IS the issue here.
That would be like having a 1st Amendment protest banning signs.

You said Gov said it. And that a rep said they would “lock up have the state”
You produced a quote where rep said the Gov may have to use the National guard.
So you OP was incorrect. You did not find a bill the gov supports that confiscates
You did not find a quote of the Gov saying he will deploy the national guard
And you did not find a quote of a rep saying we will have to lock up half the state.
Not a big deal. We all make mistakes. Just don’t claim after that you were right

More like needing a permit to have a 1st amendment rally.
Which you do.
