Quite so. It is a deterrent to violence in the right hands.

Put one in the hands of ANTIFA, BLM, gangs or criminals? Then, it is a threat of violence.

How do you stop that?

I think the answer is self evident.

Where did I say that?
I said the gov didnt support any gun confiscation and the only bill that included confiscation was killed in committee.

You should call the supreme court! Cause they disagree! Cause there are 12 states TODAY that do a universal background check and 13 with Red Flag laws and the courts have upheld EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

You may not actually be familiar with the constitution - but in that constitution - It is left to the supreme court to determine if a law meets the requirements of the Constitution. Soooo - You are factually wrong when you say they are unconstitutional. You may THINK they are. But, as a matter of fact, they are in fact constitutional.

You didn’t answer my question.

Cool. At least that makes sense.

No doubt.

With the end result of what?

Can the 2nd be repealed in spite of what may or may not happen in Virginia? Highly doubtful.

And there it is…

Evidence of a violation is not justification for more violations.

■■■■ the Supreme Court.

BTW -You are wrong on this. In Heller Vs DC - Supreme court even said Registers could be legal - but a federal one is probably bad policy.

Many states require a private sale happen thru a license gun dealer (Who runs the background check)
6 states require a permit to purchase a gun, even from a private seller. (ANd you need a background check to get a permit).
Stop acting like VA is the 1st state to come up with these “Crazy laws that aren’t constitutional”. There is not a single law that has passed committee so far that hasnt already been implemented, and ruled constitutional, in another state.

Leftists on the leftist dole.

Remember Craigslist ad, placed by “Crowds on Demand”. Dem activist manager.

Links to these court decisions please.

So just to recap.
You have a right to a gun because its in the constitution.

But the supreme court deciding a law is ok - which is their job based on that SAME constitution. Well ■■■■■ EM! What gives them the right!”

Cool

anonymous internet ad.

clearly those people chanting “Jews will not replace us” where all fake.

The Constitution doesn’t say the Supreme Court can violate the Constitution. Even the SCOTUS doesn’t claim they aren’t allowing violations. They simply rationalize it away.

Heller vs DC -Majorty opinon stated
"Although we do not undertake an exhaustive historical analysis today of the full scope of the Second Amendment, nothing in our opinion should be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms"

(BTW -That was the same decision that said 2a applies to individual citizens. You dont get to pick and choice which part of that decision should apply).

In addition - since Heller -There have been 4 times that Fed Appeals courts have upheld assault weapons ban and the supreme court has let that ruling stand.

Crowds on Demand was not anonymous. Former Jerry Brown campaign boss.

There were also ads for simulating a KKK rally.

People were bussed in.

Virginia also had voters bussed in so Soros dole politicians could get elected

When?

Take off the tin hat.
VA has basically been blue since 2002.
