Been running Dynasty mode on College Football 25 with U of South Florida because I wanted a challenge with a mid-major - plus I get to play home games at Raymond James stadium in Tampa.

Addicting as ■■■■■

I used to do it with One of the NHL series games and i can’t for the life of me remember which one but i built out like a 20 year dynasty.

My wife started playing Ori and The Blind Forest, so I’m also playing it alongside of her. I knew the cuteness factor would get her interests.

It’s epic. It an epic game for me because it is pure meditation.

The atmosphere in that game is unmatched for me across any Metroidvania.

Just subbed to Ubisoft + and playing Star Wars Outlaws. Not sure what all the hate is about. It definitely immerses you in the SW universe, looks great and the music is on par with anything John Williams composed.

Its not a groundbreaking game by any means but its fun. Stealth mechanics are not Metal Gear Solid level but you can pull off some fun stealth combos.

We were gonna play Lone Fungus, but Nine Sols was on sale and we did that instead. It was far more combat oriented than platforming, but the platforming challenges it did have were great. Awesome zen bushido atmosphere. The combat was very ninja kung fu’y and fun, and it was story-rich. It will definitely get a replay next year or so.

We’re currently downloading Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus. This one is not on sale right now, but after 8 Door and Nine Sols, we’re kind of on an Asian kick right now. This one looks like the platforming will be awesome.

I played it for the super stupid story about obese terrorists on roller blades, bisexual vampires, and nuclear bipedal tanks, and US presidents and Navy Seal teams turning terrorist.

Shattered Space expansion for Starfield launches Monday so took the day off work.

AC Shadows has been delayed which i am pleased about. Though Ubisoft is having a tough time recently. I think a lot of AAA publishers are struggling with the long development times needed for modern games vs the need to sell games.

I suspect we will see a move towards more early access like we saw with Baldurs Gate 3 and this weeks launch of Greedfall II. You pay a reduced amount for the game knowing its not a finished product and your feedback helps to fine tune the game for final release.

Yay paying to be a beta tester. Isn’t modern gaming fun?

Unless the industry and can diversify more (release more AA class games with shorter cheaper developer times) then the industry is due for a 1983 crash again. Maybe not that cataclysmic but it will certainly do some damage.

I even left my own adorable little wake in the waters behind me as I sailed towards the dam. It’s like a simulator for the ocean, so we’ll just count it as gaming.

Finally got around to finishing this one, and holy CRAP it was amazing! Heavy emphasis on the platforming (my favorite part), even the boss fights required precise platforming. Controls were smooth and mostly intuitive. Instantly among my favorites.

That final level was unnecessarily brutal. Totally uncalled for.

I just cannot get past the way Arthur walks. Its my one gripe of Rockstar, character movement feels like your slogging through mud. Though I am sure there is a mod that will fix that.

I have been playing RDR on my Switch and it’s a pretty impressive port considering the limitations of the switch.

I think it was a Rockstar thing. On The Warriors (PS2) they did the same thing.

Now I want to go home and immerse myself in the cowboy/outlaw life simulator .

FYI RDR the original is coming to PC at the end of the month though with a hefty $49.99 price tag.
