He received due process. He went before two immigration judges who both believed he was MS-13. He was ordered deported in 2019. What more do you believe he’s entitled to?

So I say again…sending someone to prison without due process is a clear violation of the Constitution.
And don’t forget there were others on that plane to CECOT who got no hearings at all.
Coming from a guy who believes that an expired misdemeanor bookkeeping error can be legitimately raised to a felony predicated on another unspecified felony doesn’t give you a lot of credibility when it comes to cries of due process and standards of evidence. People who bend and subvert the Constitution to target political opponents shouldn’t be surprised when their opponents don’t pay much attention to them when they are booted from power.

Trump declared MS 13 to be a terrorist organization. He is well within the Constitution to have this dirt bag, er, I mean “UPSTANDING IMMIGRANT CITIZEN OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER”, rot in Cecot with the rest of the human scum that’s held there.

“Known gang member, wife better, and human smuggler”…when were any of these accusations adjudicated in a court where his lawyers could mount a defense? As much as you mocked the charges against Trump…he was given his day in court.
As for Trump declaring MS-13 enemy aliens and thus being allowed to “let gang members rot in CECOT”…you can make a case for that…provided, of course, that it has been established, with due process, that the people “rotting in CECOT” are ACTUALLY MS-13 members.
Without that, Trump has clearly violated the Constitution.
You may decide you’re cool with allowing a President to declare people to be criminals and toss them in jail, and that’s it.

I don’t recall any ISIS members being tried individually before, during or after Trump bombed them out of existence, not do we hear of individual proclamations of guilt being made by the courts against the Houthis in Yemen, whom Trump is currently killing, or Hamas. All of these groups are far from the US and a lot less likely to kill Americans than the terrorists that Biden let in here during the last 4 years. Yet these terrorists here, who are actively preying on and killing Americans, you say “OH NO, WE MUST WAIT UNTIL LOTS MORE AMERICANS ARE KILLED BEFORE WE MAKE ASSUMPTIONS AND STOP THEM!”
You have no problem making blanket assumptions about ISIS members, HAMAS members or HOUTHIS and having the POTUS take action against them did you?
