Right. After the company got it’s tax break, they laid off people. I can see more people shopping at WM because money is tight.
At my local Walmart, they’ve taken out registers and put in “self-service” areas. I refuse to participate in those quick checks because it puts people out of work, and I’ve told the managers my opinion.
I only go there because I shop for my 90 yo mother. I wouldn’t spend one penny there.
