USA - Ukraine treaty

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Seems quaint now, actually.

And neither does she…

You have absolutely no idea of what the prior investigation had turned up much less what still exists to be found.

The only source from inside Ukraine with knowledge of the investigation to come forward has said both hunter and his partner were targets of the investigation and were to be questioned.

That would be the same president who has given lethal aid to Ukraine to defend themselves against the Russians, something the previous administration refused to do. Correct?

Really because the ukranian govenment has said he wasnt under investigation. The investigation was into contract fixing years befor they hired hunter

Yet the former prosecutor and documents he produced show otherwise.

You mean the one who resgined in disgrace

You mean the openly corrupt anti corruption prosecutor who prosecuted no one for corruption and was found with a ton of money, stocks and ■■■■■■■ diamonds he couldn’t explain? That guy?

What about this guy.

uri Lutsenko, a former top Ukrainian prosecutor, told The Washington Post that Hunter Biden did not violate any laws while he was on the board of Ukrainian private gas company Burisma. “From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Lutsenko told the Post in his first interview since news broke on Friday of a whistleblower complaint alleging President Trump pressured Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, to investigate a family member of his political rival. “Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival,” Lutsenko told the Post .

Whoever has a fridge full of diamond obviously!

And he would have direct knowledge of the case and where it was leading? If so you have one of two and they are in disagreement and we still have no idea what was really going on.

That is not the same as requesting that they start an investigation.

Yes he was the head of the Ukraine DOJ for 3 years.

He wasn’t the prosecutor general or his deputy at the time was he?

He had access to the case files when he was appoint because the investigation into the company didn’t end till 2017.

So the answer is “No”. You don’t even know if he ever looked at the file much less had any inside knowledge of what was going on at the time.

I trust him a lot more then the guy who resigned in disgrace with a fridge full of diamonds.

What’s the point of giving Ukraine millions of dollars for defense if they’re not willing to play ball a little bit with the American political leadership? We might as well just give Ukraine to Russia if they’re not willing to give us something in return.
