Europe has had seventy years to prepare defenses against Russian belligerence. They have skimped on their contribution to that need and left it to the US. If they still need the US with a significantly weakened foe, they have been incompetent for seventy years.

The United States, Jasarevic confirmed, doesn’t ordinarily rely on WHO for tests because the US typically has the capacity to manufacture its own diagnostics.
