United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit upholds bump stock regulations on Chevron Deference grounds

Exactly…

So what expert told them a bump stock turns a rifle into a machine gun?

No idea…haven’t followed it. But the stocks can bring a rate of fire to over 400+ rounds a minute. Doesn’t really take an expert to conclude that that makes it a machine gun.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: so not you.

Its ok you can admit it makes it a machine gun…everyone is wrong at some point

Rate of fire is not the defining characteristic of a “machine gun”. Rate of fire can be adjusted.

Does it improve a semi to have a rate of fire like a machine gun?

Depends on the mission. I carried a weapon capable of auto fire for years, know how many times I used it?

Don’t dodge…does it give it the same capability?

No. And it isn’t a dodge.

How do you figure…its ups the rate to 400-800 a minute. Same as AK and M 16. Can a person with a semi fire that many rounds a minute? And I dont mean theoretically if he could pull the trigger that fast.

So does my belt loop. Ban belt loops?

Why does that impress you?

Increasing the rate of fire does not give a rifle the same capability (your word) as a “machine gun”.

How doesn’t it? Other than not being belt fed.

I’m not giving you a class. Go sign up, they get paid to teach.

Why the caveat?

Not all machine guns are belt fed…

Nor did I say they are. Are you sure?

Yes I’m sure…

Ok, as long as you are sure. Didn’t sound like it. Can you provide an example?

Maybe this moron?
