President Trump, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi agreed to a bipartisan $2 trillion Infrastructure bill Tuesday; unveiling their plans to help rebuild the nation’s roads, broadband connectivity, and more.

“We agreed on a number that was very, very good — $2 trillion for infrastructure. Originally we had started a little lower. Even the President was eager to push it up to $2 trillion,” said Schumer after meeting the President at the White House.

“We talked about a number of things we could do. Obviously the roads, the bridges, the highways, but also a big emphasis on broadband, an emphasis on the power grid, and several other issues,” added the Senate Minority Leader.
