Government watchdog agency Judicial Watch officially filed an ethics complaint against Democratic Sen. Cory Booker Wednesday; saying the liberal lawmaker violated rules by intentionally flaunting Congressional procedures.

Sen. Booker made headlines last week when he claimed he was “breaking Senate rules” by leaking Judge Kavanaugh’s confidential emails surrounding 9/11 and other issues; daring GOP leadership to “bring the charges.”

“By publicly releasing Committee Confidential records, Sen. Booker appears to have violated provisions 5 and/or 6 of Rule 29 of the Standing Rules of the Senate (Rev. Jan. 24, 2013)," says the letter from Judicial Watch.

"We hereby request that the Senate Ethics Committee conduct a preliminary investigation into whether Sen. Booker violated Senate Rules by releasing Committee Confidential records through his social media accounts,” adds the letter.

Judicial Watch DID NOT BRING AN ETHICS COMPLAINT AGAINST CORY BOOKER.

They did send a letter to the Senate Ethics committee asking them to look into whether or not Senator Cory Booker might have violated any rules by releasing those e-mails.

There is a difference.

Ooh. They sent a letter. Let me guess. They also sent out widespread media announcements about sending their letter, along with requests for $$$. Amirite?
