Somehow its supposed to mean something that Sondland checked with Trump. Of course he did. Some other guy tells him that Trump is wanting Ukrainian corruption investigated for political reasons. I assume he didn’t agree that this should be done. How the heck is he supposed to find out if this is true? He’s going to contact the WH and ask them if they are pushing an investigation for political purposes.
How else is he going to check this out?
And yet the fake media pretends this is a real finding.

It’s big, but its actually very simple. Two Russians with criminal intent in the Ukraine hire Giuliani and start giving (illegal) donations to a flock of Republican politicians. Trump then gives Giuliani permission to take over US foreign policy in the Ukraine pushing all the professionals to the side.

How do you know what Sundland asked Trump? All I’ve seen about this are leaks that Sondland and Trump conferred and Trump told him to reply the there was no quid pro quo.

Additionally, we learn today of Sondland conducting State Department business on an unsecured personal phone.

I would expect Hillary-level denunciations, but I’m not seeing any.

When I was given my briefings for the Top Secret and then the several “Special” clearances that I worked under, no one mentioned that the obligation to protect sensitive information varied as a function of what job I held. And my job was a lot less senior and important than an Ambassador.

This sliding scale based on job title is new one to me.
