This bill:
13 ▸ removes provisions from the Election Code that allow an individual to cast a vote
14 for all candidates from one political party without voting for the candidates
15 individually;
16 ▸ removes provisions relating to straight ticket party voting and scratch voting;

Both bills would do the same thing. I would go one step further. Remove party affilation next to the names and just group them by office seeking.
